School Enrollment

How to Enroll in an EBRR School

EBRR works with community schools across the Cox's Bazar refugee camps to provide structured education and certified examinations for Rohingya learners. Instruction is primarily in Rohingya and Burmese, with English literacy integrated from higher grades.

6-Step Enrollment Process

Enrollment is handled through your local school. Follow these steps to register your child.

01

Find a Registered School

Locate an EBRR-affiliated community school within your camp zone. Ask your camp community leader or check with the EBRR office to get the full list of participating schools in Cox's Bazar.

02

Visit the School Office

Go to the school's administration office and speak to the school coordinator. They will guide you through the enrollment process and explain which grade or level your child will be registered in.

03

Provide Basic Documents

Bring any available identity documents — a UNHCR registration card, birth record, or family document. Schools will not reject a student for lack of documents, but do bring what you have.

04

Complete Enrollment Form

The school coordinator will register the student in the EBRR system. Each student is assigned a unique Roll Number used to track attendance, exams, and results throughout their academic journey.

05

Begin Learning

Once enrolled, your child will be placed in classes and can participate in all EBRR-affiliated examinations. Regular attendance is important for eligibility to sit for end-of-term exams.

06

Receive Certified Results

After examinations, results are published through the EBRR portal. Students and families can check official results online using their Roll Number on our Results page.
